Ad Assistance
If you need help designing and/or placing ads, you must submit your request at least six weeks prior to the date the ad is due. You must submit a budget code and the dollar amount you have in your budget for ad placement.
Note: Per College of Charleston policy, all external advertising - print publications such as magazines and newspapers, external websites, billboard or other signage mediums, external sponsorships, event programs, TV, radio advertising, for ex. - purchased and/or placed by any College of Charleston school, division, department or office must be submitted for advance review and approval by the Division of Marketing and Communications. Not only does this policy ensure that imagery and content reflect the College’s brand, it also helps entities within the College to maximize their purchasing ability by means of contract discounts.
